SUTTON JUNCTION COMMUNITY HALL

Discover our community hall

A gem of our heritage, available to the community, preserved thanks to the commitment of many volunteers, the Sutton Junction Community Hall has for decades been home to independent groups offering a wide range of activities, sometimes private, often open to the general public. Workshops and visual arts, crafts, theatre, dance, circus, film screenings, exhibitions, choirs, shows, yoga, meditation, focus groups, conferences, workshops and discoveries for children, meetings on social and environmental issues, and during the festive season and the height of summer, some great family gatherings.
The hall has a unique cachet, with large and small tables, chairs, a projection screen and a well-equipped kitchen. The hall has a capacity of 110 people.
The hall does not have its own WiFi, it is offered to the electrohypersensitive population.
To ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, the hall is not suitable for very noisy parties that end after 11 p.m.

Replace any furniture that has been used. Do not store chairs near electric baseboards to prevent the bars from coming loose. Place the chairs 2 feet (60cm) away from the electric plinths.

Store the large tables used under the stage (leave 2 in the room) and take the sound system and the surplus chairs down to the basement (leave 40 upstairs).
